In the paper, we study two problems of optimizing about goods distribution andclosed-loop logistics network design based on the uncertainty theory. The optimizing of goods distribution is aimed at seeking that a scheme of loading and aroute of transportation for goods make that the cost of the transport is minimum and get themaximum benefits at the same time. At present, there are a lot of researches about thisproblem and a number of the mathematical models are established. In this paper, two newmodels of the problem of goods distribution are put forward based on uncertainty theory. The detailed content is as follows:1. Propose the model of shortest route of uncertain goods distributionAccording to the demand of the actual problem and through the study of historical data, the model of shortest route of the problem of goods distribution is established. Then usesome properties of the uncertainty theory to change the model to its correspondingdeterministic form. And get the solution of the model by using Fleury arithmetic andDijkstra arithmetic.2. Give the model of expected income maximum of uncertain goods distributionIn order to increase the income of goods distribution of modern logistics, we presentan expected income maximum model about goods distribution by regarding quantityneeded for each goods as uncertain variables based on practical needs. And then take theadvantage of uncertain inverse distribution to change the model to its correspondingdeterministic form. And get the optimal solution of the model.Closed-loop logistics network include products in forward flow from factory tocustomer zones and returned products in reverse flow from the customer zones to factory.Logistics network design is to determine the structure of the entire logistics channels ofproducts. It contains quantity, location and size of factory/recovery center, distribution/col-lection center, the customer zones, disposal center, and the mode of transportation ofproducts between the various facilities, etc. This paper study the problem of optimization of closed-loop logistics network design with uncertainty based on the uncertainty theory.Firstly, establish a minimum total cost model of closed-loop logistics network, thentransfer the uncertain model to a determinate model, and solve the model. It makes that thetotal cost of the whole logistics network is the minimum under satisfying the condition ofall the requirements.
