Along with development of our country comprehensive national strength, thedevelopment and use of ocean is more and more widespread. The marine environment doesnot look like the land which is stable, it owns changeable characteristic. The smalloceanographic engineering equipment such as: The sea monitor buoy, small sea wave powerdevice, the fishery resources crib and so on, they work in the sea for long time and directlyreceive influences of loads for wind, wave, flow and ice, specially under extreme seaconditions such as the storm tide, typhoon, very rough sea waves, tsunami, they can directlydamage the equipment and create the massive loss. This article designs and does someresearch on a kind of sinking and floating security system based on the small marineequipment which can sink the oceanographic engineering equipment to the submarine certaindepth through the submersion method to avoidance direct action of bad sea condition andenhance service life and works the stability of the sea equipment. The security system consistsof a power supply system, control system, sealed cover, the implementing agencies, earsboards, buoy and mooring system. It can alternative bobbers of the floating type small marineengineering equipment hosted with small marine engineering equipment working in sea for along time, transmit the sinking signal by GPRS,the implementing agencies changes thebalance between buoyancy and gravity and sink from the sea to protect the marineengineering equipment in bad sea conditions, Security system owns abilities of high safetyand wide application,it not only can alternative bobbers of small marine engineeringequipment but also can be directly used as a buoy.In the research process, analysis the stability of security system buoy in still water andthe metacentric height is greater than the height of the center of buoyancy and gravity to thebottom by calculating, it is shown as good stability. Security system floats on the sea andbears with wave shock, simplifies the wave to a two-dimensional harmonic to research on heave motion and roll motion without damping, get the heave movement of response throughsimulation of MATLAB. The vertical swing movement of inherent cycle and cross shakemovement inherent cycle are less than2.5-3s by calculation, it can avoid wave main energyfrequency and reflect good wave characteristics. Research on the sinking and floatingmovement of the security system to derive mathematical model, using MATLAB to simulateand get some simulation curves on speed, acceleration, displacement, and reflect theunderwater of motion security systems to lay the theoretical foundation for follow-up studies.To research movement of sinking and floating state better, build three dimensionalfluid simulation by ANSYSY Fluent in two process of sinking and floating, we can getchanges of speed and pressure in flow field by movement speed of MATLABsimulation to provides a reference optimization of model; solving solution on resistancecoefficient and lift coefficient of simulation, it has been proved that coefficient value wechoice in mathematical model and process of force analysis are both correct. To validatethe work principle, processing and doing experiment on main parts of security system,the experiment under water proves that the way of work process by changing volume isviable, and designing of security system is correct; Do statistics on work time of ininflatable pump different depth (3m, and5m), and experiment has proved that flux ofinflatable pump when the load increased is smaller than that without load in laboratory,it proves that the difference between sinking and floating is coming from the workingstate of inflatable pump, and provides a reference to the program for time setting ofautomatic control.The research and design of sinking and floating security system based on smallmarine equipment to increase the ability that resist harsh sea conditions of marineengineering equipment, increases the service life and stability of marine equipment, so ithas a certain practical importance and promotion value, provides a basis reference forfuture research of floating (float type) small marine engineering equipment andunderwater vehicular equipment.
