Mangrove wetlands are a dominant feature of tropical、subtropical and estuarineintertidal forest vegetation,with an obvious edge effect, providing living space andnutrients for fishes,and support the development of fishery.In this paper,bothmorphological and molecular classification of fish (juvenile,adult) from eastern of Leizhoumangrove,and preliminary discussion the species diversity.The main contents are asfollows:1.There were collected600tail fishes from three sites (Donghaidao、Fucheng、Jiulongshan) in Leizhou eastern mangrove from March2013to Februrary2014, accordingto the “Fish retrieval systern in China”、“Osteichthyes fauna of China”and fishbasemorphological classification,10were indentified to the species level,33to the genus,6tothe family;then these specimens were identified using COⅠbarcoding,by NCBI blastncomparing>98%to34species to species,92%-98%of1which can identified togenus,85%-92%of4,<84%of4can indentified to family,belonging to44genera,26families,10orders,of which a maximum number of Perciformes. Gobiidae account for26.5%of Perciformes, up to13species.There were collected1000tail juveniles, according to the “Fish Resources of EarlyLife History Stages in Yangtze River”、“Fish retrieval systern in China” morphologicalclassification,4were indentified to the species level,4to the genus,11to the family,2to theorder,2can not certain;then these specimens were identified using COⅠbarcoding,byNCBI blastn comparing>98%to16species to species,92%-98%of1which canidentified to genus,<84%of8can indentified to family,belonging to15genera,11families,5orders,of which a maximum number of Perciformes,belonging to10families19speciesaccount for70.3%,then Mugiliformes1family2species; Pleuronectiformes、Cyprinodontiformes、Atheriniformes、Elopiformes、Myctophiformes1family1specie.2.2013.3to2014.2the first anniversary, the dominant juveniles species of three sitesare:Donghai dao for Gobiopterus lacustris、mudskipper、Pseudogobius masago;Fuchengfor Gobiopterus lacustris、Liza affinis、Amblyeleotris;Jiulong shan for Gobiopteruslacustris、Amblyeleotris. The juveniles of species in mangrove in the spring is6,18in summer,10in autumn,3in winter.The results showed that the highest in the summer,then autumn,winter is thelowest.The fish species structure in summer is stabilize compared to other seasons, becausethe spring into the spawning period,the juveniles peaked in summer and autumn thespawning into late,the juveniles is significantly reduced.Samples collected of juveniles by the first anniversary in three sites,the results showthat there were9,15,16species respectively from Donghai dao、Fucheng、Jiulong shan.Themain reason lies in anthropogenic destruction have a significant impact on the habitat ofthe juveniles and nursery.Jiulong shan have rich species diversity for have a originalecology mangrove and no damage.There are species diversity in Fucheng mangrove have agreat relationship in ecological restoration and reconstruction.
