GIS (Geographic Information System) platform is an operation support system inthe backend of the communication enterprise. It can improve the management level ofthe network source, reduce operating costs and develop new business for telecomoperators. On the basis of the Unified GIS Public Service Platform of XinjiangMobile, we study and develop the interface between GIS platform and other businessplatform. In this way, business platforms have no occasion to establish their own GISplatform, which independent of each other, and the state of underlying resources arewell supervised and analyzed based on a unified GIS service platform. The bottom ofdatabase resource is divided into public resources and professional resources. TheUnified GIS Public Service Platform provides public resources for each department ofXinjiang Mobile. And professional resources are presented by every service platformthrough calling the relevant interface.The interface design of power and environment monitoring system of Xinjiangmobile is our purpose in this paper. Specifically, we design and achieve that clusterand non-cluster, displaying information of clustering station and alarming station,alarm adding, classification of alarm level, the statistics of the number in the differentgraphics area and so on.This paper is organized as follows. First of all, based on the requirements of usersand the demand of the existing hardware and software resource, the technical schemeis determined. Secondly, overall design and function analysis are given, and the keytechnologies like Dojo are studied, which implement interface design. And then fourbasal classes of Dojo for power and environment monitoring system is designed andexplained in detail. Last of all, availability and stability of the Dojo classes for powerand environment monitoring system are verified by the test case. At the same time,the basic function of the interface like alarm has already realized, and the expectedtarget has achieved basically.
