With the development of economy and the growth in living standard, the coal, oil and other non-renewable energy consumption gradually increased. As a huge reserves of green energy, the gas hydrate in deep sea become an important way against energy crisis. The domestic natural gas hydrate fidelity sampler cannot realize the great depth of coring, a natural gas hydrate fidelity sampler, which was supported by the gas-cushion fidelity canister was proposed, and the pressure-holding characteristics of the gas-cushion fidelity was used as a research point in this paper.The thesis includes seven chapters.In chapter1, first we introduce the background of natural gas hydrate resources and the domestic and foreign development of the sampling device for gas hydrate, and then put forward the significance, purpose and main content of this project.In chapter2, to solve the problem that the domestic natural gas hydrate fidelity sampler can not realize the great depth of coring, we proposes a new deep-sea gas hydrate sampler, introduces the detailed structure and the working principle of it.In chapter3, the first introduction is the structure of the gas-cushion canister, which is the necessary equipment of the new gas hydrate sampler. After that, the fidelity principle and dimensional design of the gas-cushion canister are described in detail.In chapter4, we analyze the pressure-holding characteristics of gas-cushion canister by theory analysis and the experimental verification, which is the key point of this paper. The results demonstrates that the gas-cushion fidelity canister possesses good pressure-holding characteristics, and has high development potential.In chapter5,the impact of the key parameters, including the precharge pressure、 the length of the air cavity、the thickness%the length and the diameter of the canister are analyzed. In chapter6, based on the optimization goals, the maximum efficiency-mass ratio and minimum value of pressure drop, the method of a single variable is used in the optimal design of parameters.The last chapter looks back to the whole thesis and put forward the fruits of the study. At last, the future study direction is brought out.
