Since the discovery of microbial communities in the extreme environment of the deep sea,the investigation of the cold spring ecological communities has become a hot topic in earth science and life science.There are abundant information in the deep-sea cold spring fluid,which is of great significance for scientific research.It is of great significance for the development of deep-sea fluid microbial resources and deep-sea mineral resources to collect and analyze the physical and chemical properties of its components and microbial composition.In order to obtain deep-sea extreme environmental fluid samples,various kinds of deep-sea sampling equipment have been developed at home and abroad.However,at present,most of the sampling equipment for deep-sea cold spring only has the pressure-retaining function,without considering the influence of temperature rise on the physical and chemical properties and microbial activity of samples in the process of sampling transfer,and most of them do not have monitoring systems with the characteristics of sample temperature and pressure.Therefore,in view of some problems in deep-sea cold spring sampling,this paper developed a set of high-fidelity sampling,recovery and transfer sampler for underwater operations in a depth of 5000 m carried by Jiao long,which can realize heat preservation and pressure preservation and timely monitor the dynamic characteristics of samples.The main research contents are as follows:(1)through consulting a large number of literature and investigation,from sampling mechanism and structure characteristics of domestic and foreign advanced deep-sea sampling equipment status quo and development trend were analyzed,and the clear current sampling technique difficulties and the future development trend,on this basis,elaborated this article research goal and significance,and establish the research content and the technical route.According to the functional requirements and design indexes of deep-sea cold spring heat preservation and pressure preservation sampler,the structural system of heat preservation and pressure preservation,the composition of heat preservation materials and the technical scheme of data acquisition system are determined from the aspects of sample heat preservation and pressure preservation and sealing.(2)according to the deep sea cold spring heat/pressure sampler of the holding structure design and functional features,according to the sampling device structure design theory to design a new type of sampling,the sampling device cylinder,end cover and other parts of the calculation and checking,and the finite element simulation was carried out using ANSYS Workbench strength analysis and optimum design,compared with the simulation analysis of theoretical calculation,combined with the pressure test,verify the rationality of the design of structure size.(3)according to the deep sea cold spring heat/pressure sampler of the thermal insulation performance,combined with the actual working condition,the heat preservation heat transfer mechanism,on the basis of the selection of high performance insulation materials,heat preservation experiments,through different material thickness of the structure performance,using ANSYS Workbench transient thermal analysis was carried out on the structure,will compare the experimental results and simulation analysis,validate the reliability of insulation heat preservation performance.(4)According to the sampling environment and sample characteristics,temperature and pressure sensors and temperature and salt depth meter suitable for working conditions are selected.A data acquisition system with low power consumption and small size is designed with single chip microcomputer as the core,and the dynamic information of the collected samples is displayed in real time with external data display.(5)Design and manufacture the prototype according to the theory,carry out test and test,and verify the performance of the sampler in heat preservation and pressure preservation.
