:Shangzhuang gold deposit was located in north of Jiaojia fault zone. There were Jiaojia fault,Dongzhuangzi fault, Houjia fault and Wanershan fault in the mining area.Wangershan fault and Dongzhuangzi fault were the host structures in Shangzhuang gold deposit. Guojialing granodiorite and Linglong granite were the wall rock.According to the stress field analysis, Wangershan fault, a reverse fault in the mineralization period, experienced left-lateral horizontal displacement before mineralization and was a tensional fault after mineralization. According to testing on lithochemistry, K, Si were carried in significantly and Fe, Ca and Mg were brought out obviously during potash feldspathization of Guojialing granodiorite and Linglong granite. Si, Mg, K were carried in and Na, Ca were brought out during beresitization.∑REE and LRJEE/HREE ratio decreased in potash feldspathization of granodiorite and granite. The matter exchanged obviously among potash feldspathization zone,beresitization zone and clayization. The mineralization and water-rock interaction in Shangzhuang gold deposit were generalized as dynamic mineralization and correlative water-rock interaction mechanism. The dynamic change of physical-chemical conditions was the key of controlling the water-rock interactions and the activation, migration and accumulating of ore-forming materials. Ionization reaction of water was one of the main parts in the alteration and mineralization process.9km2secondary halo and soil adsorption hydrocarbon measuring were completed. Based on multivariate statistical analysis, Au-Hg elements assemblage anomalies were determined as the main secondary halo marks, factor score Y(i,5) andY(i,l) as organic hydrocarbon-comprehensive secondary halo prospecting marks for deep orebodies prediction.3ore-prospecting targets were delineated according to the multiple abnormal information analysis of geological, geophysical, geochemical and remote sensing information. The A target was validated by drilling engineering, new blind ore bodies were found and7tons of gold intrinsic economic resource (333) was obtained.
