In recently years, because of the global environment problem is becoming moreand more serious, causing a lot of problems to the ecosystem, ecological security isfacing serious challenges. The land ecological system is also facing the same problemwhich is closed with human. The safety of land ecosystem is one of the importantcontents of ecological security, it has very important significance to the sustainabledevelopment of the region. And ecological safety is one of the important indices for aregional sustainable development status, but is also important theoretical basis to thegeneral land use planning, land renovation plan and urban planning.Land ecological security is one of important part of ecological security, landecological security has an important significance for regional sustainable development,and is one of the one of the important indices for a regional sustainable developmentstatus, especial it is an important theoretical basis in land use planning, landmanagement planning and urban planning. The Geermu city is composed of basin andthe town of Tanggula, the basin is located at the caidamu circular economy area, it isan important industrial park in Qinghai, the main business is developing and utilizingof the resources in the circular economy area, the circular economy industry is still inthe early stage of development, it is uncertainty to town industrial developmentdemand scale and it’s position. And those reasons lead to ecological safety isuncertainty. The basin as a part of the circular economy of caidamu, it also has thisproblem. In this case to study the land ecological security of geermu’s basin has veryimportant significance, it can provide scientific basis for the rational use of landresources.This article based on the research of predecessors, to research land use from thedifferent periods of land use status and land use trend、area of land use type changerate、annual change rate of land use、transition matrix of land use、relative change rateof land use、comprehensive of land use. On the basis of previous constructed themodel of "pressure-state-response", and built a land ecological security assessmentindex system, including three criteria, seven element and19indicators. Using meansquared error to calculate the weight of the each indicator, and using the method of comprehensive index method to calculate the land ecological security situation of thebasin of geermu, at the year of2000,2005,2010. Based on the results, put forwardland ecological security countermeasures and suggestions. The conclusions of thisarticle including the following aspects:(1)From2000to2010the biggest change is construction land in Land usechange trend at the basin of geermu. It increased227.83%, and the smallest change isforest land, it increased1.24%. And from2000to2005the biggest change is alsoconstruction land, it increased139.79%. The smallest change is water, it reduced3.26%. From2005to2010the biggest change is also construction land, it increased36.72%.The smallest change is unused land, it reduced1.93%.(2)The transfer of land use typesFrom2000to2000years in geermu’s basin, the main transformation grasslandturn to unused land, come from unused land; cultivated land turn to forest land, comefrom construction land and forest land; construction land turn to water, come fromunused land; water turn to unused land, come from unused land.(3) The area different of land use typesFrom2000to2010the relative change rate of unused land inchaerhanxingzhengweiyuanhui more than all area. The relative change rate ofconstruction land in guolemude town more than all area. The relative change rate ofgrass land and water land in wutumeiren town more than all area.(4) From2000to2005△P=-3.04, it is adjustment period of land use. From2005to2010△P=1.62, it is development period of land use.(5) The degree of land ecological security is on the rise in general. Landecological security composite index rose from0.3740in2000to0.5899in2010, basicclose to good condition. And From2000to2005, the index rise is quite gently, from2005to2010, the index rise is forceful. The latter stage is the former three times.
