With the rapid development of human society and economy,our material life has been satisfied but the ecological environment is getting worse every day.Through the ecological safety evaluation,we can have a comprehensive and clear understanding of the regional land ecological security,grasp the real ecological situation of the land and the actual problems we need to face,so as to take appropriate measures to guide human reasonable production and life,alleviate the ecological problems of the land,and realize the harmonious and sustainable development of nature and human.Taking Zunyi City as the research object,this paper selects 18 factors such as population density,vegetation coverage and human activity intensity to construct the land ecological security evaluation index system based on the PSR framework theory model and the actual situation and data availability of Zunyi City.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the index weight objectively,and the comprehensive index method was used to calculate the land ecological security value of Zunyi City,which was divided into five levels: safety level,good level,critical level,sensitive level and bad level.The 1km×1km grid network was selected as the research unit,and the land ecological security of the research area from 2003 to 2017 was evaluated in terms of time and space.On this basis,through the CA-Markov model to forecast the land ecological security benefits,using factor analysis method to analyze impact factors and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to actual situation of Zunyi City(1)Through the evaluation of different scales of land ecological security level in Zunyi City,it can be seen that the average land ecological security level in the whole city from 2003 to 2017 is greater than 0.5,which is in a good state.The land ecological security level of Honghuagang District,Huichuan District and Renhuai City is higher than that of other districts,cities and counties,and the south is higher than the north on the whole.In land ecological security map you can see the whole city is given priority to with stable,accounting for 73.04% of the total area of the study area,the north than the south stable overall change.In the spatial autocorrelation analysis,Moran?s I index is 0.5881,0.559 and 0.585,respectively,showing a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and the whole is relatively stable.The local spatial autocorrelation is mainly not significant,which is mainly high-high concentrated or low-low concentrated.The high-high concentrated is mainly distributed in the south and northwest mountains of the city region,while the low-low concentrated is mainly distributed in the north region,and the scope is gradually reduced from north to south.(2)Based on Ca-Markov model,the transfer matrix module of 2003 and 2010 was used to predict the land ecological security in 2017.The Kappa coefficient was0.78 after the test,and the land ecological security in 2024 was predicted after the test.2024 level is given priority to with good level,security level and the critical level.Levels between 2017 and 2024,the bad,sensitive and critical level decreased by 7.8%,14.8% and 23.71% respectively,and a good level and safety level increased by 0.72%and 39.13%,overall to good level and safety level.(3)In this paper,the factor rotation component was obtained by principal component factor analysis,and the factors affecting the ecological security of the land in the research area were summarized into four principal component factors:development level,ecological level,human activities,and terrain conditions.Among them,the ecological level of land ecological security has significant positive correlation,1 unit each ascending,ecological security index increased by 0.01 accordingly.Development level,human activity and terrain conditions on land ecological security has significant negative correlation,1 unit each ascending,ecological security index of the corresponding lower 0.037,0.007,0.006.In the future.Zunyi should stick to the quantity and quality of cultivated land as the bottom line,strengthen the construction and management of talent quality,take the unique natural conditions and cultural and historical conditions of Zunyi as the driving force to develop ecological tourism,adjust the land use structure to carry out urban development and construction in a reasonable and orderly way,and build Zunyi into the best living city with ecological security,green mountains and beautiful waters,blue sky and white clouds,and beautiful birds and flowers.
