Through literature, based on the results of previous studies on thelogistics of the vehicle location and tracking systems to focus on researchrelated technologies, such as the common GPRS positioning systems, GIS andGPS, which, GPRS network can cover a wide range, Real-time, fast packetswitching, GIS can visualize geographic data, and GPS can quickly locate.Because with these official functions, making information between controlcenters and logistics for rapid transport vehicle, capable of intelligent controland management.Currently GIS, GPS positioning technology are still a lot to improve theplace, in order to accurately locate, should be targeted to analyze commonmap-matching algorithm has the characteristics to compare their advantagesand disadvantages, the first in-depth for the base map algorithm analysis afterthat several important factors: the direction of the change, distance, direction,communication and consistency, then the way that specific improvements inlayered manner in a short section of the simple map matching by driving lackof historical data, the electronic map information for analysis, providingmatching solutions to some of the more complex sections, taking into accountthe direction of the angle changes, the matching principle guiding thesuccessful introduction of intentions, can well compensate for otheralgorithms place, in general, other algorithms are based solely on the morecomplex sections under very difficult match for the current anchor point, andthe implementation of this policy, greatly enhance the more complex sectionsof map matching efficiency, especially parallel sections, turnoff and so on.Vehicle location can greatly avoid the occurrence of errors occur GISpositioning system. In addition, we also develop basic NET, ArcGIS Server onother platforms., So that the system has the function can be achieved.
