With the booming of Chinese automobile industry, finished vehicle logistics hasaroused wide concern in the automotive supply chain. However,Compared with foreignmature and efficient industry, Chinese finished vehicle logistics urgently needs to improveefficiency and profits.In this paper, the increasement of shipment capacity in finished vehicle logistics isstudied which depends on time ready for shipment, the ratio of PDI to the total number andunpredictable loading time. Firstly, a critical path is founded out from a narmal operationprocess. By contrasting different shipment quantities in a real case, there is a conclusionthat reducing the quantity per batch can improve the shipment capacity in a condition.Secondly, under the help of software, Promdel, a vehicle shipping model is built up. Byanalysis of simulation data, three parameter hypothesis are founded our finally, time readyfor shipment, the ratio of PDI to the total number and unpredictable loading time. |
