In the oil well logging, formation resistivity is an important parameter to analyse the lithology of formation and evaluate the oil and gas. Because the logging while drilling technology is real-time, with high measuring precision and reliable formation information, it becomes the development trend of the current well logging. The dual induction logging tool while drilling is a new induction tool made by CNPC logging company. It provides two logging curves, one is deep and another is shallow. It has the vital significance to evaluate the formation efficiently and accurately. This thesis studies the developing technology of the software of response calculation and data processing of dual induction logging while drilling based on VC + + 6.0. The mainly finished contents and conclisions include the following five parts.The first part introduces the response calculation and data processing methods of the dual induction logging while drilling tools, including tool configuration, response calculation method and logging data processing method.The second part finishes the function analysis and structure design of response calculation and data processing software. The software is divided into three moduls according to the function analysis. They are the visualization module of response calculation and data processing, the module of one dimensional logging graphical display and edit and the module of two-dimensional radial resistivity profile display and edit.The third part desings and implements the main interface of the software. By redrawing the menu bar, toolbars, and the view segmentation, the main interface is divided into the following areas: the menu bar, the toolbar, the display area of dual induction tool and formation model, the display area of logging curve head, the display area of logging curve and the status bar.The fourth part studies the functions and implementation method of the module of the one dimensional logging graphical display and edit. It mainly includes the following functions: well logging data access; the head and body of the logging curves display seperately and synthetically; edit the attributes of the curve and the row, save, cancel and recover; integral and local amplification of the curve. The curve body is edited by the view of the logging curve. According to the mouse position, the name of the curve, depth and the value of the corresponding depth are displayed in real time. The curve is saved as a file for opening and editing in next time.The fifth part discusses the functions and implementation methods of the module of the two-dimensional radial resistivity graphics. It includes the following functions: gradient color library, converted the resistivity values to the color values, enlarge the graphics, the linear and logarithmic scale of two-dimensional graphics, according to the mouse position showed the depth of the corresponding points and resistivity values in the status bar, and saved the logging curve as a bitmap graphics.The thesis finishs the software of the dual induction logging while drilling response calculation and data processing. It has a lot of functions, can draw one dimension cureve and two dimension resistivity profile, has a friendly interface and can meet the engineering requirements.
