The research area located in the first-order tectonic units Yunkai fode belt of Wuyi Mountain, and the west side of Zhenghe-Dapu fault. It belongs to Yongmei depression of Wuyi Mountain metallogenic belt and sub-metallogenic belt of coal,iron, manganese, copper and gold multi-metal. It also a part of Yong(an)-Mei(xian)-Hui(chang) multi-metal metallogenic belt and a mineralization concentration area of southeast China. Structurally, it went through four evolutionary phase: the formation stage of crystalline basement of Jinningian, the formation stage of metamorphic fold basement of Caledonian, the formation stage of sedimentary cover of Hercy-indosinian, the active stage of continental margin of Yanshanian. The area is abundant of metallic ore, such as Fe、Mn、Cu、Pb、Zn、Au、Sn, etc, and it possesses favorable exploration prospect.Through the geochemistry measurement of 1:50000 stream sediment in Gutian area of Fujian Province. Delineating synthetic anomaly of 27 stream sediments,including 6 Class A abnormals, 18 Class B abnormals, 3 Class C abnormals.Carrying out geochemical soil surveys and geochemical rock surveys base on 8optimization synthetic anomalies. Initial investigate and analysis on the distribution and enrichment characteristics of different subsegments in stream, soil and rock. And from the very parts of geology, geochemistry and characteristics of the mineralization body, etc, to state 4 stream sediment abnormals representative. This provides the basis of indicating directions and delineating metallogenic prospect area for the region. Delineating 11 metallogenic target areas, include 8 class A target areas and 3 class B target areas.
