Geochemical Characteristic Of Stream Sediment Survey And Metallogenic Prognosis Of Jiguanshan Area, Liaoning Province

The study area which located in Jiguanshan area East Liaoning—South Jilinmetallogenic belt, Beiwagou—Qingchengzi Au—Ag mineralization, has favorablemetallogenic geological conditions and the minerals mainly are precious metals、non-ferrousmetal and black metal. The geotectonic position of study area is located in Sino Koreanparaplatform (grade I) Jiaoliao anteklise (grade II) Yingkou-Kuandian anteklise (Class III)tectonic units, the subject is located in Liaodong Paleoproterozoic rift. In this area themetamorphic rock layered system (Liaohe Group) in Lower Proterozoic developed, MesozoicMagmatic Activity is frequent; tectonic moved strongly, gold and polymetallic deposits arerich, and showing advantageous geological conditions.373single element anomalies、47combination anomalies and15integrated anomaliesare circled in the range of1569km2by the1:50000stream sediment geochemical survey. Thesingle element anomalies include33Au anomalies,30Ag anomalies,22Cu anomalies,36Pbanomalies,26Zn anomalies,34Mo anomalies,40W anomalies,28Sn anomalies,20Asanomalies,14Sb anomalies,30Bi anomalies,39Co anomalies and21Ni anomalies. Thecombination anomalies include14Ag-Pb-Bi anomalies,16Cu-Co-Ni anomalies,7As-Sbanomalies,10W-Sn-Mo-Bi anomalies.Finally, based on the comprehensive anomaly evaluation of the stream sediment and theinterpretation and inference of mainly combination anomaly, combined with the regionalgeological conditions, geological investigation and ore points inspection,3potentialprospecting prospect area are ring-fenced which including2gold metallogenic zones and1lead-zinc metallogenic zone.The distribution of stream sediment anomaly of Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn、W、Sn、Bi isobvious in Jiguanshan area. The anomalies of Pb, Zn, Ag and Au which are enriched in thecontact zone of Liaohe Group strata and medium-acidic intrusive rocks and are obviouslycontrolled by the faults are large scale and circled well. Anomaly center and abnormal spatialdistribution dominated by gold were significantly controlled by the North West and nearly East-West fracture, anomaly center and abnormal spatial distribution dominated bylead-zinc were significantly controlled by the North West and nearly East-West fracture.Stream sediment geochemical survey can narrow the scope of prospecting quickly,ring-fence ore prospecting, provide direct and reliable information for geological prospectingin Jiguanshan area.According to the sediment measurement results, a number of industrial value in Au, Ag,Pb, Zn orebody was found in the area. The Sunijiapuzi gold ore prospect area which isHs-11gold-silver-lead enrichment region are selected, and also the Taojiawaizi gold oreprospect area which is Hs-10gold-silver-lead enrichment region、the Guanjiabap lead-zincore prospect area which is Hs-9lead-zinc-silver-gold enrichment region, has laid agoodfoundation for further geological prospecting work in this area for the future.
