National defense and military tend to be more dependent on the marine utilization with the continuous exploitation and utilization of marine resource, the acoustics features of seafloor sediments has become one of the key Research Program. Such acoustics features Research mainly focus on laboratories measuring method as it has many merits, i.e.,ease of operating, low cost and obtaining lots of experimental data repeatedly. However, the seafloor sediments has been away from the bottom of sea environment while conducting experimental investigation on them in the lab. The research shows that the acoustics properties of seafloor sediments are various under different temperature and pressure environment. Thus, there exists considerable errors while adopting this laboratories measuring method. In this project, the autopressed system of acoustic test Equipment of seafloor sediments has been designed to simulate the pressure environment of the sea bottom. Such method has extremely great implication on the Research on the acoustics features of seafloor sediments.The autopressed system is an important part of acoustic test equipment of seafloor sediments, it is able to simulate the pressure environment of the marine within the depth of 3000 meters. The first step is to input the parameters, i.e., objective pressure,in the upper computer vb controlled software, and then click the autopressed button. After that, the functions, i.e., autopress and maintaining pressure, will be realized in the autopressed system with a pressure control precision of 0.1 Mpa. Moreover, the steady state error is less than 2% in the process of maintaining pressure. Therefore, the autopressed system can ease the experimenters of manual labour and ensure that they can engage in the experimental Research conveniently. The main content of this project are as followings:1.Analyzing the requirements of simulating the pressure of sea bottom while conducting acoustic measuring experiments of seafloor sediments and then proposing the technical indicators and general design scheme of autopressed control system.2. Analyzing the structural composition of autopressed control system, establishing its mathematical model and simulating such model with the simulink software.3.Designing the hardware circuit and software programs of autopressed control system4.Experimental analysis of autopressed control system.In this project, AC-PMSM has been used as power unit and controlled by the upper computer vb controlled software. And then the pressure of the Pressure case can be controlled automatically. As AC-PMSM is one of the key executive device in modern industrial automation, it will be helpful to realize the intelligent and humanized operation of experimental Equipments while AC-PMSM is applied in them under the control of controlled units.
