In the study of seismicity parameters, its theoretical basis is the most fundamental G- R relationship: lg N=a–b M. Where N is the number of earthquake ≥M over a given time period, a is the number of the number of M≥0 earthquake over the same period, and b is a parameter that determines the ratio of lager to smaller earthquakes. There are different values of a and b in different regions. Seismicity parameters, MC, a, b, and so on, is the basic parameters of evaluation of seismic hazardsThis article selects instrument records of the seismic data since 1970, making a preliminary research of the seismicity parameters through Matlab programming, using the general international method to partition of domestic fifth generation of the seismic zoning map.On the basis of earthquake catalogue declustered by the Nearest-Neighbor Distance approach, The minimum complete magnitude of each seismic zoning is determined by method of maximum curvature and goodness-of-fit. Seismicity parameter b value, etc.is determined by maximum likelihood method using Matlab programming, and then is corrected by using the latest international correction method for calculation. This will lay a foundation for further seismic hazard analysis.
