The main module includes: document management module, graphic management module, form management module, the GIS analysis and output module, and digital land price model module.This research uses the development platform of ESRI ArcGIS Engine in the United States, by the object-oriented development language C#, ZhuCheng the latest benchmark land price updating data, basically completed the database management system design and development of benchmark land price, and has carried on the analysis and research to the key technology of system.The system can realize the efficient management of the benchmark price, to achieve unified management of text, maps, tables and vector data. This research according to the theory of geostatistics principle and spatial interpolation constructed digital land price model and as a module integrated into the system, can through the datum land price of sample data generat ing digital land price model and added to the layers of results, through the model can on land price spatial distribution corresponding analysis, expand the analysis and application of the datum land price, provide a reference for the benchmark land price and decision- making, has certain practical significance.
