The research is based on the Ministry of Land and resources’ building project“intensification of industrial land use and control technology research anddemonstration construction projects in urbanized areas subprojects industrial landuse data integration and building a database management system”. In researchprocess of the integrated use of a number of means of construction technology,software engineering spatial database technology, software systems integrationtechnology, combined with the GIS Engineering ideology. System analysis ofcomprehensive data on industrial land, and the use of object-oriented geographicinformation systems software development methods to build the databasemanagement system of industrial land, and the eventual realization of industrialland data storage, management, query, analysis, intensification of industrial landuse and evaluation of powerful data and software technology supported.This article studies the main content:(1) The system used in the course of several key technologies: includingcomponent geographic information technology development technology,based onthe geodatabase model spatial database technology and object-orienteddevelopment technology and dynamic configuration management technology.(2) The overall design of the system: according to requirements analysissystem, selection lifecycle rapid prototyping method is a combination of threemethods of object-oriented method design using UML visual modeling language toestablish systems UML visual model better grasp on the global and overall systemrequirements and design. The system uses the integrated secondary development ofGIS-based components, systems design and development.(3) Industrial land for database design: a detailed study of the data structure ofindustrial land, the application GeoDatabase space database model, integrated datamodel to establish based on ARCGIS industrial land, build relationships based onclass, the basic geographic data of industrial land and economic data association, in order to achieve integrated management of geographic data and economic datasystem of industrial land space.(4) Development and implementation of the system: The software architectureof the plug-in GIS application framework,the based ArcEngine10componentlibrary.NET platform development, and development to achieve the mainframework of the program of industrial land use data management system, in thecompleted industrial land data management system application main framedeveloped on the basis of developed industrial Land use database collection storagemodule, industrial land use database data processing modules, industry land usedatabase data analysis the main plug-in module. And realization of the system inthe development of subsequent extensions.
