With the demand of the large project of modernization construction in our country, the drilling engineering has been developing rapidly, as a special instrument to detect the internal position and angle of the well, the inclinometer can make a accurate measurement of the tilt, azimuth and toolface azimuth, it is widly used in deviated wells and directional wells. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the system, this design uses the new sensors and microcontroller as the detecting unit and the CPU.Through the comparative analysis of domestic and external oblique technology, this paper detail the building of the inclinometer system model.According to the coordinate system transform of the model, obtains the definition of tilt, azimuth and toolface azimuth, giving the calculation formula to the three different parameters.At the same time, describes the working principle of the acceleration sensor and magnetoresistive sensor, provides an important basis for the design of the system structure and the selection of parameters.The design of the inclinometer mainly includes the hardware and software.Through analysis the principle of the inclinometer and sensors, this paper gives the general design goal and idea, what the system needs to achieve is detection, communication, data acquisition and storage, at the same time gives the design scheme of hardware and software in detail.The underground system adopt the C8051F021 as the control core,using the acceleration sensor(SCA3060) and magnetoresistive sensor(HMC1053) as the detecting unit, and finished the ADC by TLC2543.The acceleration sensor is a digital chip, could communicate with the microcontroller through the SPI interface and complete the signal acquisition and storage.As the inclinometer working for deep within,so that the communication and data transmission of the system are the emphases and difficulties during design. In order to facilitate the operation of the system,this paper uses Bluetooth as the way of wireless communication.As the Bluetooth transmission is limited by the distance, so the control of the system could be taking only before or after the test.The data that collected should be stored in FLASH memory chip, after the completion of the test we could download it via bluetooth.For problem of the system electromagnetic compatibility, this paper also put forward relevant solutions to improve the reliability of the operation of the system.The software design includes PC and the inclinometer, both of them adopt C as the programming language.The inclinometer part design according to different module, mainly includes the system control, data acquisition, data storage and system communication.The PC program should finish the system control.
