Spatial relation has a rapid development in the field of geographic information science by studying on spatial relation by the relevant scholars and experts at home and abroad. However, water storage areas of bedrock water storage structure is still in its infancy in terms of spatial relation model studying, various types of bedrock water storage structure lack spatial data description in nature, this restricts the bedrock water storage structure three-dimensional modeling and bedrock geologic map of automatic identification technology development of water storage structure.Geospatial cognition is specialized study of cognitive science research achievements on geospatial-related issues as the interdisciplinary of Cognitive Science and Geographical Science. The relationship between geospatial cognition theory and geographic data model theory is rather vague, it lacks data description for geographical entities and semantic relation, geospatial cognition also lacks a clear and complete cognitive understanding of geography theory and theoretical modeling, leading to a lack of spatial relation of geographic cognitive knowledge and rules and semantic description.In view of the above deficiencies, this paper analysis spatial relation of bedrock water storage structure on base of hydrogeology and computer science from the point of geospatial cognition.Firstly, this paper studies geographic cognitive knowledge and rules of bedrock storage structure. Based on the two levels of the nature and bedrock geological map, this paper researches the knowledge and rules of composition of object entities of bedrock storage structure, at the same time, this paper establishes conceptual model of nature and the bedrock geological map of bedrock storage structure.Secondly, this paper researches the composition of the object entities spatial relationship of bedrock storage structure. Based on object entities for bedrock water storage structure, this paper studies the spatial relation of the composition of object entities eleven types of simple water storage structure and five types of complex water storage structure, this paper summarizes the kinds of spatial relation between the various components of object entities, including three kinds of point entity and polygon entity, one kind of polyline entity and polyline entity, six kinds of polyline entity and polygon entity, ten kinds of polygon entity and polygon entity.Finally, this paper researches and verifies recognition algorithm of spatial relation. This paper studies recognition algorithm of spatial relation between bedrock water storage entities object and develop prototype system of bedrock water storage structure based on geographic cognition, this paper selects yimeng mountain dryland as verification area, apply prototype system and manual interpretation method to verify correctness and feasibility of recognition algorithm of entities object spatial relation of bedrock water storage structure based on geospatial cognition.
