Geologic hazard monitoring and early warming in mountainous area hasalways been a very important reserch subject in China. And with the developmentof the interfermoetric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR) technology, which has alot of features, such as, wide coverage, high spatial resolution, all time, allweather, large region, high sensitivity and so on, and it can detect the slightdeformation of the surface with centimeter-level ability to detect, even asmaller dimensional accuracy. Useing differential synthetic aperture radarinterferometry (D-InSAR) obtain the ground elevation information withhigh-precision and high-resolution has become an important research directionand have a broad development prospects. This paper systematically expounds the development course, applicationstatus and the basic principle of InSAR and Small-Baseline Subset.Use D-InSARtechnology and SBAS technology studied the An County area, extract the digitalelevation model and the surface deformation in this area. The main reserch ofpapers includes three aspects:(1) Processing ALOS data by D-InSAR technology, contrast the differentmethods of the filter and phase unwrapping, and choose the best effect of thosemethods in order to obtain high quality SAR image;(2) Extract the digital elevation model and in the An County area, comparedit with SRTM data, evaluate its accuracy and analysis of its error;(3) Using the traditional D-InSAR technique and SBAS technique to extractthe surface deformation information in the An County area of9scene ALOS data, analyses the deformation characteristics and laws in the study area and toprovides reference information of geological hazard monitoring and preventionand control in tthis area.
