Study On The Transformation Method Of Measuring Datum And Accuracy Analysing

Along with the rapid development of the surveying and mapping technology, according to the different applications of different period, different countries have established various coordinate systems, even in the same period, different professions and departments may also use different coordinate systems. As a result, producing different geographic space information data results of surveying and mapping based on different coordinate systems, in order to realize data sharing and facilitate the conversion of data between the different coordinate systems with a certain precision, the related studies of transformation model and the R&D of conversion system become more and more important.The target of the paper is to update Anshan’s geographic space information data of surveying and mapping and exploit conversion system. According to the establishment of different coordinate systems and status of the data results at home and abroad, first of all, introduced the common coordinate systems and their three styles and described transformation principle of different coordinate styles and different coordinate systems; after that introduced development tools and methods of conversion systems, analyzed the secondary development advantages with Visual Basic language and Auto Lisp language based on CAD; then designed functional module of coordinate conversion systems and graphic conversion systems, and completed development of functional module based on CAD; finally analyzed the precision of the transformation system through practical examples.The software system can realize conversion between the different coordinate styles of different coordinate systems and complete graphic conversion in the same coordinate system. It also can realize data sharing and cross-using of different department data results, which has practical significance and application value.
