Land use status data for land management department to conduct scientificplanning,rational development and utilization of land resources will provide the foundationdata support, it is the core of the data center of land resources data. After years of constructionand development, our country most of the cities and counties set up1:1million current landuse database, But because of the limitation of capital and technology condition, caused thevast majority of area, county database is updated lag and application, the problem of theprovincial, municipal land business needs a huge contradiction of land use status data. Thisarticle hope as a background to the municipal integration of current land use databasemanagement system and related technology research, in order to revitalize the existing a lot of"idle database" and "death database", give full play to its land use situation analysis,monitoring and supervision, geological disaster prevention and control of resources, decisionsupport and participate in macroeconomic regulation and control is the important role ofsocial service, etc.In view of the current area is common, at the county level land utilization database dataprocessing.along is poorer,"isolated island" effect is serious, the phenomenon such as theprovincial level is difficult to get application, based on the relevant technical specificationsfor the standard, the comprehensive analysis of the municipal land use status of the source,composition and characteristics of spatial data, based on the proposed the city land use statusquo of spatial data integration framework and solution, and the integration of content andrelated techniques are briefly expounded, and finally to jiangxi province ganzhou city as theresearch object, selects the ETL technology, spatial database technology, land use status datamanagement maintenance technology and data quality control technology as a key technology,taking MapGIS K9SP3platform combined with Oracle10g, development construction ofganzhou city municipal land use status quo of application system for data integration, dataintegration has been basically achieved storage, information management, the basic functionsuch as thematic map making, laid a certain foundation for the realization of the municipalland management information.This paper puts forward the land use status in the municipal building data center, andmunicipal districts, counties as municipal data center client data integration methods, and presents the corresponding running mode and data management, maintenance, updatemechanism. Secondly on the municipal land use status data integration application the actualneeds of each link, teasing out the municipal land use data integration application technologyframework. Mainly through the spatial data of different data formats into MapGIS K9platform with four parameter conversion method to coordinate system of the present situationof land use spatial data conversion, solve the diversity of multi-source data of land use spatialdata format, the problem such as coordinate system is not unified, district and county land usestatus data in a unified coordinate system dynamic projection mapping, municipal land usestatus quo of form a complete data logical view, so as to meet the municipal application,district and county at the same time can guarantee data stored separately. This approach notonly avoids the respective bring huge workload of building warehouse, and facilitate thedistrict and county data separately update and maintenance.
