Research On The Spatial Data Quality Control Of The Confirmation Of Rural Collective Land

GIS is relying on the support of spatial data, the quality of spatial data decide theaccuracy and reliability of the GIS analysis for management and policy decision.Thespatial data of the confirmation of rural collective land is the basic data for landresource management and policy decision, and the quality of spatial data is theimportant factor for the application of database, the huge losses when the errors orunreliable data applied to the decision of management and policy decision. Taking moreeffective measure to ensure the quality of data is getting more attention.This paperbased on participating in the confirmation of rural collective land,in Mianzhucounty,Sichuan province, summed up the spatial data quality problem existed beforestorage. and according to analysis the main form of spatial data control and thespecific circumstances of this confirmation of rural collective land, this paper choosethe way which combined with the process control ofprocess production and checkingthe results of the data quality.The process control of production is that through the analysis of the problem inthe workflow and propose solutions we can build a way to manage the data qualityinthe manufacturingprocess,and continue to improve the why in the production process.we can control the quality of data in the whole production process by management inthe production process. Instead of the assault management,we take the normalmanagement to check the quality of spatial data, and take more attention to establish ascientific and effective management system, which should improve in the productionprocess and can run orderly. In the process of the confirmation of rural collective land,we can control the quality of control measure, cadastral mapping and cadastralinventory for real-time based on work standards and workflow. In this way, we cancheck out the problem of data quality, and resolve itin time to avoid the errors of multiple superposition and making the errors complicated.Checking the result of spatial data can correct the errors in the progress ofproduction, and unify the spatial data attribute. So this is necessary to check thespatial data. The traditional manual way to check is low efficiency and not completely,but the use of automatic and semi-automatic software, can check spatial datawithouthuman intervention. In this way, we can finish the work checking the result ofdata, and ensure the quality of the data for Provide assurance for the future of thedatabase quality.
