Research On Automatic Mapping Method Of Rural Collective Land Ownership

In order to give full play to the basic role of rural cadastral in Land and Resource Management.In2011, The State Council issued the notice about accelerating work of rural collective land registration and certification. Now, the rural collective land ownership counterpoising truly registration has been completed, but due to the difference of acquisition precision and content between the rural cadastral data and the second land survey of rural land use data, the production of cadastral map which based on the second land survey of rural land use data requires a lot of manual intervention.Based on the rural collective land ownership rights registration of Yunnan Province, this paper analyzed the rural collective land ownership data and the characteristics and requirements of rural land use, makes using of Geographic information mapping database theory and technology, and summarized the problems of the production of rural collective land ownership cadastral map as the following three aspects: multi-source data fusion, symbolic conflicts, batch print output. The paper proposed the solution for drawing conflict which caused by the land use data and rural cadastral data confliction, and also analyzed the way of resolving symbols confliction and batch output maps in ARCGIS.
