The study area is located in the Shangri-la compressional island arc of the threerivers′Yidun island arc of southcentral part, the west side of ganzi-litang belt. On thetectonic zone, tectonic structure belong to the dege-city island arc (YiDun island arc)and the za shangri-la land. In recent years,as many large and super large porphyrycopper deposits there founded, the area is widely noted and gradually becomeimportant copper metallic ore concentration area in our country. The study area belongsto the high vegetation coverage area, In this paper, Combined with vegetation featureof study area, through the study of the porphyry copper metallogenic mechanism, therelationship between wall rock alteration and mineralization,we extract the ore-forminginformation, based on the vegetation coverage classification theory. The PuLangporphyry copper deposit, Xue Ji Ping porphyry copper deposit, Chun Dou porphyrycopper deposits and Hong Shan porphyry--skarn type copper deposit are selected astypical ore deposits, the use of remote sensing technology to porphyry copper depositmetallogenic information extraction is discussed, so as to provide the evidence in themining prospecting potential.This paper, using ETM+, OLI, ASTER remote sensing data, under the guidance of porphyrycopper deposits alteration zoning theory, combined with the detailed investigation of geologicaldata, analyzes the alteration mineral spectrum characteristics. Cut through the vegetation coverageclassification of images, and puts forward all kinds of extracting solution,that used to varioustypical ore deposits alteration, extract alteration information based on the vegetation coverageclassification image. In the process of extracting, correlation coefficient, and multifractal is used.Analyze typical ore deposit geological characteristics, the extraction of alteration information andgeological information are integrated to the unified geographic information platform,comprehensive analyze remote sensing geology metallogenic information, select the bestcombination of extracting methods in typical ore deposit alteration. Extract the alterationinformation of study area, backstepping the reliability of alteration extraction method.In this paper, the research content is as follows:(1)Complet vegetation classification to typical mining area′three kinds of remotesensing data, discuss the alteration zoning pattern of typical porphyry copper deposit,make sure mineralization alteration type and altered minerals effecting largely onmineralization. Study alteration mineral spectrum characteristics, based on remote sensing classification image, extract alteration information using a variety ofmethods,in the process of threshold segmentation, correlation coefficient andmultifractal are used. Extract hydroxyl and iron dye anomaly information Using ETM+,OLI remote sensing image, Extract Potassium silicide, silk British lithification, greenrock lithification, Angle lithification, Dali lithification and lithification silicon cardinformation,based on ASTER remote sensing data.(2)Comprehensive analyze the detailed survey of typical ore deposit geologicaldata and typical ore deposit alteration information extraction results.Firstly, extractionof alteration information and detailed investigation of the geological data are integratedinto the unified geographic information platform,get the remote sensing mineralizingelements.Then,through analysis of alteration information and superposition ofgeological data,get the correlation of the extraction of alteration information and theactual alteration zonation, combining alteration minerals of layer around,determine thethe best method of typical deposit alteration type′extraction.
