Seismic data acquisition is the key part in seismic exploration.The acquisition dataquality will effect influence directly upon the exploration results. The geophone is a specialsensor used in seismic exploration, which is the transmission of information to the vibration ofground into electrical signal conversion device and is a key component of the field seismicdata acquisition. Geophone types according to the output signal is simply divided into ananalog geophone and a digital geophone respectively. An analog geophone.is appliedpresently in the large-scale application in land exploration. With the further development ofseismic exploration technology, in order to solve geological body and rock anisotropy as wellas the sophisticated issues concerned with existence of fault breakpoint location and faultlength of work, the requirement of multiple wave component and fully digital acquisition ofseismic exploration is to be made. This paper is targeted at MEMS digital3C geophonestechnology and its specific application research.This paper firstly describes the principle of several geophones, especially of MEMSdigital3C geophone, then compares MEMS digital3C geophone with analog geophone fromtheory and the application results in order to confirm the best method of using the MEMSdigital3C geophone in Lamadian oilfield finally.We study MEMS digital3C geophones works, structuring, production process and itspractical application in the field of Lamadian oilfield with comparative analysis of theprocess of MEMS digital3C geophone and analog geophone in terms of the existingadvantages and disadvantages to provide effective information for the3C seismic explorationin further applications so as finally to promote the accuracy of acquisition, to improve dataquality and to enhance exploration efficiency. Realization of the aforesaid activities has beeninitially made.presently.
