On data processing and management this articleuse C++language, C#language to develop program, it can achieve the task thatimporting data automatic, coordinating the geodetic coordinates to Cartesiancoordinate conversion, calculating the coordinate of the center point, outputting theresult. In this way it can reduce the workload of workers, avoid human error andimprove the efficiency of the whole work.
