With an ever-escalating the popularity of the Internet and computer technology, as well as people’s growing demand for geospatial information,geographic information system has been gradually transformed from a professional f ield of geographic information science into the technology platform depended by daily lives of people.Crowdsourcing ideas makes users be a service provider in the meantime. Researching to the development of efficient, service-oriented WebGIS is necessary. Large independent host computer is the mean way of geographical information system framework deployment in the initial stage. Then it came to client/server mode time. After entering the age of the Internet, distributed and service-oriented WebGIS becomes the focus of research and has been recognized by users soon. With the popularization of computer technology, as well as the open source idea, lots of GIS platform which support for high-performance, high-load develop very fast.By Analyzing WebGIS Framework evolution of implementation and development, the studyfocused on aspects including how to use PostGIS extension Postgre object-relational database as a spatial database to store the data in support of spatial data andmaintenance; how to use GeoServer MapService as well as Feature services to provide spatial data webservices available for client accessing; how GeoWebCache provides map tiled data and improve transmission efficiency of map data on internet and system performance;how to render geographical data using OpenLayers JavaScript on browser client side; How to organize spatial data with Udig GIS software. Eventually developed the data sharing system with user role management and sharing function of geographic data and spatial processing services.
