With therapid development of science and increase of state economy day after day in modern world, a series of problems such as urban agglomeration of population growth,destruction of ecological environment and fog weather come gradually into our lives. Land private basic objects to humans, which provides energy to them for their live.The research of land use change more and more get people’s attention. Land use change research has become a hot topic in now day.This paper takes the Suizhong coastal zone as the research area, chose the 1992、1999、2002、2007 and 2012 the remote sensing image data, then in ArcGIS software by computing area using transfer matrix obtain the land use change、The land use dynamic degree data study the space of nearly 20 years land use change in Suizhong coastal zone. Finally, this article combines economics evaluation index analysis of ecological service value in the land use type change effects on ecosystem services value. The study results not only provide a scientific support for rational development of Suizhong coastal zone land use but also effectively protect the coastal zone health of environment and the development of social economy.In this research, we can obtain these four conclusions:through Suizhong coastal zone land use type of mutual transformation between transfer matrix in can be summed up that Suizhong coastal zone in the area of the wetland in reducing year by year, and have a great number turn into urban land and water, the area of urban land and water has increasing trend year by year, grassland and farmland conversion is relatively not very obvious. thearea of wetland in 20 years reduced the total 60.24 ha from 1992 to 1999.From calculating the single land use dynamic degree in the study area and the comprehensive land use type dynamic degree can be noticed that the comprehensive land use type dynamic degree in Suizhong coastal zone is respectively 1.2%、2.4%、4.0% and 8.2%,the area reflects growing state,farmland dynamic attitude are respectively 0.06%, 2.45%, 1.52% and 2.45%, the area of the farmland gradually increased from 1992 to 1999,Speed is well, until 2007 to 2012 had obvious decline. From 1992 to 2012 of town land area in generalhas rising trend, dynamic attitude were respectively 0.69%, 0.514%, 3.34% and 0.514%, respect that the area of urbanland use between 2007 and 2012 have obvious increase fasterspeed. The water dynamic attitude was respectively 0.58%, 0.58%, 30.01% and 0.58%, respect the state of water area appear on the overall increase, from 1999 to 2002 is a time period of water body area growth increased significantly. The water’s areain during 20 years increased to 45.07 ha in total.wetland dynamic attitude are respectively 0.19%, 10.25%, 2.68% and 2.68%,it is respect that From 1999 to 2002, the wetland area has greatly accelerated reducing rate,from 2007 to 2012,the area of the wetland reduce speed in maximum. Grassland dynamic attitude are respectively 0.45%, 1.93%, 7.72% and 7.72%. Grassland area from 1992 to 1992 year its speed of reduce intensified year by year.Such dynamic changes reflect human influence degree of land use types increased year by year.Can be seen by the space of the land use type change, Suizhong coastal zone five types of land in this paper has occurrence of gradual transformation.From 2002 to 2007.The space of farmland and grassland has adistribution.by2012 started to reduce the trend of the area of the farmland. Distribution center of gravity of the meadow has no obvious deviation or centralized state. The focus of urban land concentrated in the center of the study area, from 1999 to 2002, urban area spread out two direction, extension, the land use extension quantity biggest case in 2012. Combined with the ecological service value of the data can be obtained Suizhong coastal zone in recent 20 years of ecosystem service value caused by land use types change has reduced state as a whole which reflect that land use types will directly affect the ecological environment of this area by the way also warned the government and people should pay more attention to the rational development and utilization of land use and protection.
