In iron ore production process, as was excavated by mining of iron ore layer, can form more and more underground mined-out area. Collapse of mined-out area can cause surface subsidence, fracture, destruction of cultivated land, buildings and other facilities, destruction of ecological environment, also brought great potential safety hazard to mine production. So effective and economical use of geophysical methods to gob area for exploration and evaluation, and puts forward appropriate measures to prevent and control has good economic benefit and social benefit. In recent years many geophysicists have done research on it, make a lot of practical results.This paper starting from the basic characteristics of iron ore goaf, first of all, the basic principle of seismic imaging method of data collection and field layout is discussed, To choose the best offset test analysis; Secondly, on the high density resistivity method of data collection, field layout, data processing and model are discussed in detail; Then starting from the basic principle of transient electromagnetic method, on the basic characteristics of tem field, data acquisition, data processing and experimental analysis are expounded; Finally combining with engineering example verification, form the seismic image-high density resistivity method-the combination of the transient electromagnetic method interpretation method, for iron ore goaf detection, to guide future mining development plan execution, and provides the reference for the prevention of geological disasters. The application of the three geophysical prospecting method in goaf detection carried on the thorough analysis and the preliminary discussion, the following conclusions:1. Through the analysis of examples, seismic imaging method exists an optimum offset, optimum offset and mined out area depth, shape, rock propertie and other factors, Based on the multiple coverage observation system is an effective method to solve the optimal offset.2. Different types of mined-out area under different geological conditions exist at the time of the electric field distribution with different characteristics.In surrounding rock and stone is under complicated geological conditions, the device of the detection results affected by different degree of gob, including dipole device of distortion is larger, wenner and unilateral triode device less affected.3. Transient electromagnetic method model test results shows that in the experiment work has a coil number of turns and reasonable choice. When shallow detecting coil number of turns without too much;When the probe in the depth, can increase the number of turns launch, but the premise is the observation signal has not occurred electromagnetic oscillation, need to test in the practical work.4. Seismic image method, high density resistivity method is applicable to the shallow cavity detection, transient electromagnetic method is suitable for medium and deep cavity detection.5. In goaf detection, seismic imaging method,transient electromagnetic method and high-density resistivity method, compared to relatively high lateral resolution, but low vertical resolution.6. Through a lot of field work and indoor summary, put forward the suitable for Gong changling iron ore goaf detection of the integrated geophysical detection methods and based on the anaiysis of abnormal interpretation method, for the next goaf detection provides the theoretical and practical basis.Goaf detection for other areas to provide the reference and reference.
