With the rapid development of modern industry, science and technology, network control system has been more and more used in industrial production and daily life, most of which in practical engineering are nonlinear system. So the nonlinear network control system not only has important theoretical significance, but also has more important practical application value. In this thesis, the control system is network control system using peltier cooling device, and operator based robust right coprime factorisation approach is presented to solve the problem of the network control system with time-varying delay and fault detection problems. The research mainly divided into three aspects. Firstly, the analysis of peltier cooling device network control system is given. A mathematical model of the controlled system is obtained. And then the feature of the time-varying delay in networked control systems is analysised and solved. Finally, fault detection of the network control system with actuator fault and optimization control are discussed. So the research content of this article mainly divides into three parts.The first part is the analysis of the network control system and modeling. This part firstly introduces the working principle of peltier element. Then, the control system is investigated in this thesis, that is, the network control with peltier cooling device is designed.Then, on the basis of it, the mathematical model is established. And for considering thermal radiation of the controlled object, a more precise mathematical model is established.The second part is to solve the problem of time-varying delay in networked control systems. Network time-varying delay is one of the important problerm that affect the performance of network control system, which is also the difficult point in the network control. In this part, the property of the network time varying delay is discussed. To make the system to achieve stability, track and cancel the influence of network delay, the controller using robust right co-prime decomposition method based on the theory of the operator and the feedforward control method is designed.The third part is to investigate the actuator fault network control system, and optimize the fault system. This part design a fault detection operator using the method based on the theory of operator is designed to detect the actuator faults in the control system, and the control system with fault is transformed the constrained optimization problems to solve.
