| The study area is located in the east of East Kunlun Orogen Belt(EKOB), sandwiched between the Central Kunlun fault and the South Kunlun fault. It is situated in the southeastern of South Kunlun Cu, Co, Au metallogenic belt. The regional faults mainly trend NW- EW. This study adopted stream sediment survey, geological preliminary survey, trenching, drilling, pitting, structural superimposed halo, induced polarization and audio magnetotelluric survey-based measurement methods to construct vein- gold deposit prediction model.Based on the integrated investigation, 14 gold-bearing structure-alteration zones, 21 gold ore bodies, 2 copper ore bodies have been discovered. Gold deposits are dominated by quartz veins and altered-rock types. Polymetallic ores are controlled by fault, and the strike of ore bodies is consistent with stretching direction of the faults. Thus, the deposit is considered as altered-rock type gold deposit.The study suggests that the Delong deposit have a greater space and better ore mineralization clues in the deep and the intermediate area. A few prospecting targets have been delineated, such as the blank area between AuI and AuV ore bodies, the southeast of orebody and the Auâ…¹VIII ore belt and tendency. Comprehensive analysis showed that the area holds better metallogenic background and more regional metallogenic fact, has a good prospecting potential. |
