After years of development, brazing of diamond drill bit relative to the traditional diamond drill had abvious advantage and its becoming more and more widely applied. However, in the process about brazing of diamond bits, we needed to study on wear mechanism of diamond and matrix, to improve the use of brazing of diamond drill bit life.At present, domestic and foreign researchers had done a lot of research on diamond impregnated bit, especially in the diamond parameters and carcass composition more in-depth studied on the impact of bit wear. However, the theoretical basis of the study was not perfect and most results were macroscopic. Because of the lack of a bit researches on the change of microstructure in the drilling process, it was difficult to accurately guide the design and selection of bits. Therefore, we needed to research the micro-analysis about the wear of brazed diamond drill bits.In order to further improved the study on brazing diamond drill bit for long life, and to accelerate its industrialization, based on brazing diamond drill conducted a series of studies, the main content as follows:(1) Through the indoor drilling marble experiment, combined with the drilling rate, On the premise of ensure the drilling rate of the bit,brazing technology of diamond bit compared with the traditional sintering process had obviously improved the wear resistance.(2) Through the indoor drilling marble experiment, according to the statistics of diamond particle wear state after drilling, using brazing diamond drill bits were made of the proportion of normal wear of diamond higher than conventional sintering process 30%. By calculation that the E1 impregnated diamond bit drill bit usd the traditional process lost probably a layer of diamond particles. The other three diamond drill bit wear good and the drilling height matrix lost less. Combined with the wear data analysis, considered that the maintenance of effective number of diamond bit lip, were effective means to reduce wear of brazed diamond bit.(3)For different process of diamond bit erosion wear experiments, used quality erosion rate of bit wear performance were characterized, found that the results obtained with the indoor drilling experiment conclusions had certain similarities. Due to erosion wear experiment on tire wear faster than drilling experiment, In order to quickly out of the blade and contrast bit wear resistance research could take erosion wear experiment on improving the efficiency of the experiment.
