The Wang 9 fault block of WangJi oilfield is located in the easternmost part of the north slope zone of BiYang sag of Nanxiang basin,and the Ⅳ oil group of He San period of Wang 9fault block is the main oil-producing layer of this area.Now the Wang 9 fault block of WangJi oilfield is in its middle and later stage of developing,due to its low amplitude structure,and the oil layer generally contains water,the electrical resistivity is lower,the difference between the oil layer and water layer is small,the relationship of oil and water is complex,and oil and water layers are difficult to identify.At the same time,sand body has bad connectivity, the relationship of oil and water is disordered,the limit of oil layer and dry layer is unclear,high resistivity water layer 、 dry layer and low resistivity oil layer all exist,and the typical characteristics of oil,water and dry layer is unapparent.According the existed issues of Wang 9fault block,this paper is on the basis of the geologic feature and reservoir study,comprehensively using various basic geology data, study the reservoir subdivision and correlation and sand body distribution characteristics,intercalation types and distribution characteristics,reservoir sedimentary characteristics,reservoir physical property characteristics and reservoir heterogeneity characteristics of Ⅳ oil group of He San period of Wang 9 fault block,and also study the reservoir four characteristics and their relationship.On the basis of preprocessing the well logs,using key parameters such as natural potential, natural gamma,interval transit time and electrical resistivity, compile three kinds of crossplot to gradually identify regular water layer,oil layer,relatively low resistivity oil layer and relatively high resistivity water layer.Establish oil and water layer’s identification and interpretation standard,at the same time using the multiple parameters judgement to determine the quantitative discrimination function and conduct oil and water layer identification.Finally,on the basis of studying crude oil physical property characteristics and genesis analysis, effective thickness and surface oil characteristics of each small layer,typical oil deposit profile analysis and oil deposit types of Ⅳ oil group of He San period of Wang 9 fault block,study the oil and water distribution rule of Wang 9 fault block.
