Landslide is the main geological disaster in the mountainous region of Yunnan province. It has a serious impact on the safety of people’s lives and property.Rainfall is one of the main factors that induce landslide and other geological disasters. The rapid development of GIS and Internet technologies for WebGIS landslide hazard prediction and warning information release study provides a powerful and convenient and effective way, WebGIS development based on the landslide hazard prediction system has broad application prospects.The special geological environment and topography features of Nujiang state, coupled with irrational human interference, every year a large number of geological disasters seriously affected the sustainable development of Nujiang. In order to strengthen the prevention of geological disasters, improve the geological disaster forecast, forecasting ability, the development of a set of statistical analysis, data query, spatial analysis, personnel management, forecasting and early warning product generation, and other functions in one of the Nujiang’s weather forecast landslide hazard warning system.This system not only can improve the efficiency of disaster prevention and mitigation of landslides,also can minimizing the casualties and property losses. The main contents:we study and analyze the Nujiang landslide geological disaster data and meteorological monitoring data for many years and select 41 landslides during 2012 to 2014 years as an example. First of all, we study the relationship between rainfall and landslide hazard spatial distribution, and then we carry out the static evaluation of landslide geological hazards susceptibility by using information model. On the basis of the above, we combine the dynamic rainfall prediction and the static prone evaluation, and establish the geological and meteorological coupling model and geological rainfall integrated model. We use examples to test and analyze the two kinds of models. The results show that the latter is more suitable for the Nujiang landslide geological disaster prediction and early warning. On the basis of this, we apply database technology, ArcGIS API for JavaScript technology, ArcGIS Server technology, and the GIS spatial interpolation technology to develop the Nujiang landslide geological disaster weather warning system.The system can organize and manage the basic data and rainfall data of the landslide geological disaster scientifically, make statistical analysis of the rainfall data over the years, and match with the historical records. So that users can not only browse the general situation of landslide disaster in the study area, but also can find and analyze the data according to their own needs.
