The researcharea in this study is located in the northern part of Daqingzijing oilfield of Jilin province,whose target layer is the Putaohua oil layer. Actually, with the deepening of exploration and development in this oilfield, Putaohua oil layer has guaranteed the stable production of crude oil and gas. However lots of difficulties have to be tackled before the fluididentification, namely the complexity of fluid distribution, the lack of research data,the difficulty of logging interpretation with multifarious logging seriesand the like.After the preprocessing and standardization of logging data, the criteria for the classification of effective reservoirs is established, meanwhile the study of “four-property”relationship in the effective reservoirs of Putaohua oil layer is carried out and the model of secondary logging interpretation is set. Subsequently, on the basis of accurate calculation of reservoir parameters, combined with the plates of fluididentification,it is determined that the fluid identification method should cover qualitative and quantitative aspects. Then in view of the characteristics of low-resistivity reservoirs, the causes of this type of reservoirs are briefly analyzed amid the fluid identification process. Ultimately, according to the identification, the distributions of oil-water are clarified and the favorable areas are predicted.On the basis of features of relation between porosity and permeability in this area, the method of piecewise analysis is employed, while establishing the model of secondary logging interpretation, to calculate the values of permeability, and to define slime-emendated porosity,which is a kind of porosity without any effect of shale content. Thus, the accuracy of permeability interpreted in logging is improved, and effective parameters are provided for fluid identification.In a nutshell, after the above comprehensive research and analysis, the fluid distribution law in Putaohua reservoir, the “four-property” relationship, the causes of low-resistivity reservoirs, the reservoir types, and many other issues that need to be solvedduring the exploration of oilfield, have all been clarified, which provides a reliable foundation for the further exploration and development of Daqingzijing oilfield.
