Since the 1930s, reliability theory has been a hot issue in the complex systems and equipment field. The core of reliability theory is system life prediction, and it is important to predict system life precisely for the economic activity. There are many mathematical models about the reliability such that the censored δ shock model. This paper focuses on the parameter estimation of the censored 8 shock model. The paper mainly includes two parts. In the first part, we discuss the parameters estimation on the censored δ shock model with several special distributions for the single sample. With one of the special distributions, we get the parameter estimations and the expect of the parameter estimations respectively by using three parameter estimation methods of Maximum Likelihood Estimate、Bayes estimate with prior distribution of information and Bayes estimate without prior distribution of information. We obtain the comparative view of the parameter estimations which is derived by three parameter estimation methods from numerical simulation with MATLAB R2013 for the project of choosing one of the parameter estimation methods. After then, besides numerical simulation, we also do that.In the second part, besides the parameters estimation and the expect of the parameter estimations on Maximum Likelihood Estimate, we discuss the distribution function and the consistency of the parameter estimations. After then, we also do that with general distribution function.By using three parameter estimation methods, this paper obtain the parameter estimations on different distribution and the project of choosing one of the parameter estimation methods which is important to improve reliability system theory.
