In recent years, with the development of information technology and extensive application of GIS, more and more land-use data is generated. Due to these data are collected in different sectors and the various industry sectors have different needs and application of standards, resulting in existing land use data of multi-scale and multi-source. This makes difficult to share and exchange data, resulting in a waste of data. Therefore, research on multi-source and multi-scale of land use data, eliminating data discrepancies, re-integration of new data obtained date are significant to meet uses’application needs and share data.In view of importance and the prospect of land use information integration, this article study multi-source and multi-scale land-use information integration technologies and methods, land-use database design and construction as well as multi-source and multi-scale integrated land information system design and development on the basis of collection and collation of Beijing land use data. This article contains the following research contents:(1) Analysis of the composition of the land use data currently used to study the causes of multi-source and multi-scale land-use data generated and manifestations. This article identifies the land use data integration objectives and principles.(2) Study the integration of technology, formed the multi-source and multi-scale land use information technology technology of the basic ideas and processes. Multi-source land-use data integration technology, spatial data and non-spatial data related technology, land use data integration technology and other key multi-scale integration technology has been studied in detail to achieve the implementation method of land use for public information integration technology.(3) Study the land use database design methods, spatial database technology and Geodatabase database model. Referencing to the relevant theoretical and technical standards, it complet the overall design of spatial database of land use, and research and write metadata and data dictionary. Finally, I researched and summarized the process of building a database of the database, created a land use database, to achieve the storage, management and sharing of land use data.(4) Discusses in detail the design of the system software integration process based on the research component GIS technology and the Arcengine. Use Arcengine secondary development components and Microsoft Visual Studio development platform, using C # language development, combined with study of the theory of multi-source and multi-scale data integration technology, completed a multi-source and multi-scale land use information integration software research and development, to achieve a multi-source and multi-scale land-use data integration capabilities.
