Our country land area is vast, complex and varied topography, the mountain area being more than 69% of the total national land, and the mountain area of complex terrain provides the inoculation environment for numerous natural disasters, most of these natural disasters related to landslide. Along with the urban and rural roads, Bridges, tunnels and other infrastructure and all kinds of construction engineering construction, disturbance of the natural environment tend to be intense, increase in the number of potential geological hazard body condition is more complex, and in recent years due to global warming,extreme rainfall events occur frequently, especially a sharp increase in extreme precipitation events induced landslides, the disaster prevention and mitigation work face more severe situation.Based on this, under the guidance of a mentor to science and technology project "Red soil slope disaster mechanism and risk assessment under the condition of extreme rainfall " as the support, relying on the research of Jiujiang Duchang county unstable slope of relevant research data, aims to explore a set of feasible, in the service of Poyang lake region of red soil slope landslide risk evaluation theory and method system, in order to establish the monitoring network under the threat of geological disaster area, making emergency measures and provide the work to protect the safety of lives and property, the research has important academic value and practical significance.By field measurement and investigation, this paper has carried out the following work:1 On the basis of consulting a large number of scientific research data, literature,through the analysis of the geological disaster risk assessment both at home and abroad we systematically studied the status quo, and proposed the existing problems and suggestions in this field.2 On the basis of collecting predecessors’ research results, the instability mechanism of slope and the slope hazards of affecting its stability is analyzed and summarized.3 According to the definition of geologic disaster danger evaluation, summarized landslide disaster risk assessment steps of the ring of Poyang lake region; Based on the analysis of slope engineering hazards identification, based on the theory of extenics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation build landslide disaster risk assessment model; In Duchang county’s unstable slope as an example, we conduct it by using the evaluation model for risk assessment.4 We further perfect the connotation of vulnerability by adding a factor on disaster prevention and mitigation. Vulnerability assessment include: Divide the type of hazard-affected bodies according to the damage effect of hazard-affected bodies; Survey statistics the quantity and the distribution of hazard-affected body, accounting for the value of hazard-affected body; Analysis of hazard-affected body suffered loss value in different types of geological disasters and breakdown strength.5 On the basis of classification of types of hazard-affected bodies, this chapter analyses the value loss of hazard-affected bodies, putting forward the two aspects of resource and material property value loss rate calculation formula. At the same time,combined with the circular risk evaluation model established in this paper, we conducted preliminarily the landslide disaster hazard-affected body value loss and damage level of hazard-affected bodies. Based on the theory of extenics and fuzzy comprehensive the vulnerability assessment model is established, and we take the Hexi Duchang county primary school for example by using the vulnerability assessment model.6 Because of the complexity of the red loam landslide disaster system, the fuzziness of evaluation index and the uncertainty of the risk, first of all, we have researched the complex landslide disasters evaluation system in detail; Then, according to the evaluation of research in the previous chapter, combined with the condition of ring of Poyang lake region of unstable slope, build the annular risk evaluation system; Finally, put forward the risk matrix method, and conduct risk assessment by taking Duchang county eight survey regional for example through using the risk matrix method.
