The stamping technology keeps a large proportion in production of sheet metal parts. However, at present in stamping production process, nesting of blanking still depend on experience and manual cut and try to place. A good platoon nesting plan is discovered by many times repeatedly tests, the workload is heavy, the economic efficiency is low, and the processing cycle is long. In order to simplify the computation and improve the efficiency, aiming at the nesting problems, this thesis use nesting of a single kind of components and assembled nesting of the rectangle components as the object of study, then researches and develops the intelligent nesting system.Nesting problems is distributed into two categories of nesting of a single kind of components and assembled nesting of the rectangle components in this thesis through the intelligent nesting problem’s analysis and the complex degree’s study. Step pitch’s computational method of a single kind of components and assembly unit envelope rectangular substitution method are proposed. Overall module of the intelligent nesting system is designed.In this thesis, advantages of the simulation annealing algorithm and the genetic algorithm merit extract are extracted, aiming at key questions of the initial community’s production, the temperature control, the stochastic accepting function, the adaptability function, the heredity operation and so on, the process of implementing the heredity annealing algorithm is proposed. The mathematical model of those problems is established.The skeleton and the implementing plan of the blanking automatic nesting system are established, the processing methods of the geometry information and the non-geometry information, the design principal and the implementing process of the intelligent nesting algorithm in automatic nesting system are proposed. The system obtains all primitive parameter information of the blanking outline by reading the exchange document which is the DXF form graph. According to those information, the blanking analysis is completed, the system carries on the inference to obtain the blanking nesting plan through the analysis result and the input non-geometry information.This thesis uses the heredity simulation annealing algorithm and the collision algorithm to combine solve, uses AutoCAD as the developing platform, adopts the object-oriented programming method of Visual Basic6.0 under the Windows operating system. The system uses Microsoft Access as the platform of the database to complete the operation of the nesting related parameter data. The system has the good contact surface and the man-machine interaction function, moreover, the solution quality is stable, and the speed is quick.
