This paper takes the coal slurry of Fuxin Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. Hengda CoalPreparation Plant as the research object, as the coal slurry water with higher levels inthe slurry system, and there is some Mud gangue cavitation phenomenon in the slurry,thus it’s difficult to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation by naturalsedimentation method, resulting in slime constantly circulating in the processgathering system, affect the normal production and washing closed loop directly,which is the bottleneck problem of coal preparation production.In this paper, based on the present situation that the coal slurry water with highconcentration, I researched several factors that could be the main impact offlocculation and settling of slime water. Because of the characteristics of a high slimewater concentration of Hengda Coal Preparation Plant, I analysed the basiccharacteristics of slime water then made the flocculation test. In the test I chose thesuitable organic flocculant and inorganic coagulant to the coal slurry, develop a singleflocculant dosing method and both organic flocculant and inorganic coagulant dosingrule. It offers a solution for that it is difficult to processing the coal slurry water ofHengda coal mine.The test results show that: while I use the single pharmaceutical division dosingapproach, I should choose the organic flocculants NPAM-7080as flocculation agents,the best ratio6:4; when I use both organic flocculant and inorganic coagulant I needgather NPAM-7080Division of dosing with dosing mode, and use PAC for inorganiccohesion agent, its dosage order is PACâ†'NPAM-7080, inorganic coagulant dosageis0.6~1.0kg/t·coal, organic flocculant is40~60g/t·coal. The reagent regime hassolved the problem of closed-circuit circulation of the coal slurry water.Based on the experimental study, research and analysis the cohesion andflocculation mechanism, give a theoretical interpretation, which is significant forpractical production.
