High concentration slurry water is wet coal preparation produced by the industrial wastewater, which contains a lot of coal particles and particle surface with a strong negative charge, don’t sink, but difficult to deal with, is one of the main sources of coal mine. Because the content of waste rock and easy mud change and the adaptability of the coal preparation plant technological process and the lack of capacity and other reasons, acorn mine coal preparation plant in the raw coal wash rate is only47%, but due to the waste mud change, resulting in the slurry viscosity, is not easy to dehydration, through the natural precipitation method to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation is difficult, resulting in the coal slurry in the process system continuously circulation concentration, directly affect the normal production and wash water closed-circuit circulation, make the coal slime water system to seize up, is the production of the coal preparation bottleneck problem.According to the acorn slurry processing characteristics, through the coal slime water SS, COD, electrokinetic potential indexes, such as measurement, analyzes on the acorn ore slurry water characteristics and difficult to deal with reason, determine the coagulation precipitation treatment plan, and do the flocculant and flocculating agent screening test and coagulation sedimentation test.According to the experimental results indicated that, coal slurry particle surface with a strong negative charge is the main cause of coal slurry processing, lime-polyacrylamide method, calcium chloride-polyacrylamide method all can from the coal slime water separating out more water, lime-polyacrylamide method processing cost is low, but the process is complex, the intensity of labor is big, supernatant fluid in addition pH value outside, SS and COD are reaching emission standard and reuse coal washing standard. Calcium chloride-polyacrylamide method processing cost is higher, but the process is simple, the treatment effect is good, and don’t add acid to adjust pH value. Supernatant fluid of pH value, SS and COD are reaching emission standard and reuse coal washing standard.
