Large forging hydraulic press is an important forming equipment to produce largeforging parts. Large forging parts plays an significant role in the national defense, aviationindustry and other fields, so it needs higher requirements for the equipment that producelarge forging parts. Large forging hydraulic press is restricted by a series of problems inareas such as manufacturing, transportation and installation. Its body structure is becomeseven more huge, and more complex with the increases of tonnage.Firstly, according to the wire wound prestressed structural design theory that raisedby Yongnian Yan,a Professor in Tsinghua university, I proposed a design program ofwire-wound prestressed200MN forging hydraulic press. defined the relevant designparameters of200MN wire wound forging presses.Secondly,I was doing the structural design for the key components of the hydraulicmachines, such as upper and under semicircle beams and active beam and the mastercylinder, etc. Moreover the master cylinder while applying a wire winding technology andultra-high pressure technology, the application of these two technologies makes hydrauliccylinder size reduced greatly, so that the overall size of the machine is largely reducedwith the same tonnage as compared to non-hydraulic preload large structure. Inaddition,the production costs have been substantially reduced. The use of the sub-structurereduces the difficulty of overall sthrcture in the respect of manufacturing, and ease toinstallation.Finally, I use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to analysis the strength andstiffness of the key components of the hydraulic press, include the semicircle beam, activebeam and primary cylinder, and the reasonable analysis of its structure. And for the way ofwire winding proload do the conclution for the affect of the forces as a whole frame.I alsogave a reasonable pretension to simplify layers, and checked the Rationality for thepretension coefficient. According to the above calculation result, do a reasonableimprovement for the hydraulic steel structure and the uniformity of winding force.
