In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, construction waste productionincreased rapidly. The construction waste in large quantity not only destroy the environment,occupy land, but also waste stone resources.Many studies show that construction waste canbe recycled after a pretreatment process. But the poor quality of recycled aggregate makes itdifficult for use in high-grade road. And construction waste disposal enterprises have notformed into a large-scale system which leads to the high cost of recycled aggregate. Relyingon provincial highway xixian north loop, this research completed construction wastepre-classification, and determine the appropriate equipment type and processing technology inan efficient and economic principle. The formation of large-scale construction waste treatmenttechnique is expected to provide some valuable references for the resources utilization.Firstly, through the experiment of garbage, construction demolition, decoration and roadsand bridges renovation waste, the paper put forward the applicable occasions of differentconstruction waste. Based on the current status, construction waste pretreatment technics werestudied. By reference to the processing equipment at home and abroad, equipment selectionwas complete. Due to the different performances between brick and concrete block, theresearcher recommended select separator to achieve separation.invented the separator, and determined the main operating parameters by using the excelmacro code.Secondly, in light of the technical requirements of aggregate in the road, this paper putforward economical and comprehensive processing technics, which were respectively appliedto the subgrade, base and even surface course. And the two production lines were simulatedby a three-dimensional animations. Based on previous research, the process of constructionwaste treatment plant in Xingping was optimized. The results show that the quality ofrecycled aggregate is stable, and the technical indicators meet the design requirements afterthe transformation.Finally, producing and ancillaly facility zone in the modern construction wasteprocessing plant are planned with accordance to the processing requirements. By reference to many factories at home and abroad, this study designed a clean and dust-free processingplants, which can handle2million tons of construction waste every year. The beneficialanalysis of recycled aggregate shows that the construction waste treatment project gains greatbenefits in economic, society and environment.
