With the continuous development of society, the environment problem becomes increasingly prominent. The development of green economy, circular economy has become people pursuit of the goal. Due to the advancement of urbanization in our country, urban construction waste resource recycling has become the only option. In order to solving the environmental problems brought by the construction waste, at the same time providing raw materials for building structure, the research of new type of construction waste recycling processing equipment continues to develop.Construction waste treatment status at home and abroad is analyzed in this paper, the problem of construction waste recycling faced with in China and the current construction waste disposal technology have been summarized. At last, it has brought in a new construction waste disposal equipment, mobile crushing station. By the analysis of characteristics of the construction waste and the structure and characteristics of mobile crushing station, both of them are combined together, then makes application to the recycling of construction waste. The purpose of this article is the research and design the mobile construction waste crushing equipment.After the design of the construction waste crushing process, by using the method of function analysis, analyzed the total function of construction waste crushing equipment, and then decomposed, found the solution of each function. Then functional solutions are got together, finally got more solution combination. At last picked out two more feasible structure scheme of construction waste crushing equipment.Based on the multi-objective, multi-factor and multi-functional characteristics of scheme evaluation, it puts forward to using the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate mechanical product scheme. By studying the evaluation indexes and the evaluation grades of membership degree, calculation method of comprehensive weight are analyzed in detail by the combination of the entropy weight and subjective weight. The calculation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are obtained. Through the evaluation of structure plan of the construction waste, ultimately it chooses a relatively good construction waste crushing equipment, namely crawler construction waste crushing plant.By using the finite element method, some key parts are analyzed by the finite element statics analysis and checking strength of the parts. Due to the bad conditions of equipment working and complex loading, it goes to the pre-stress state of the modal analysis, the six order natural frequency is determined. Finally, using the DesignExplore module in the workbench, optimization design is carried out to the ship type support, three groups most design points are obtained. On the basis of the design points, ship type bracket is improved and its strength is checked again.
