It is very serious that the coal seam breaking out of spontaneous combustion fire in ourcountry. One of the main reasons for the spontaneous combustion of coal seam is caused byair leakage in mined-out area or roadway area. In order to prevent spontaneous combustion ofcoal seam or harmful gas diffusion lead to affect production safety, often require fillermaterial to plugging the wind for coal mine working place, such as sealed roadway area,waste drift area, loose coal area or air leakage crack area. It will be easy to spontaneouscombustion area or harmful gas source in isolation, to further ensure mine safety production.In order to prevent and control coal seam spontaneous combustion fire, according to theimportance of blocking air-leaking passage in roadway, combining the characteristics ofdomestic and foreign used in mine working face roadway airtight filling the pluggingmaterials, development of a new kind of inorganic curing inflation filling material is proposed,the proportion of each part of the inorganic curing inflation filling materials, and the influenceon materials properties are studied. The results show that: The inorganic curing inflationfilling materials with fly ash and cement to aggregate, water cement ratio of0.55, otheradmixture proportion as foaming agent3.5~4%, exciting agent0.5%, fiber0.4%etc, thecomprehensive properties of inorganic curing inflation filling material can get to optimalperformance, is a collection of non-toxic, expansion, sealing, and compressive strength in theintegration of new effective blocking air leakage passage of mine fire prevention materials.Besides, based on the research of fire prevention technology and equipment, theequipment system has been developed for inorganic curing inflation filling material. Thissystem will transfer the main workload about filling material to confine spaces fromunderground to the ground. The grouting filling materials are mixed in proportion through thegrouting system, and then the mixed slurry is delivered to mine closed space by using grouting pipe network, which complete directly a one-time filling reinforced seal process.
