Each coal area is rich in coal resources in the Ordos Basin. And the mining conditions inOrdos are advantageous. However, the ecological environment in the Ordos Basin is weak. Tomine safely greenly and efficiently is important to the sustainable development. Theevaluation method of Safe-Green-Efficient mining for coal resources that is suitable for theOrdos Basin must be established. The present study on the evaluation method is not deepenough systematical enough. And there are no mature achievements to learn. So, this paperresearches the evaluation method of Safe-Green-Efficient mining for coal resources of OrdosBasin systematically based on the international and domestic study. The research methodsinclude literature analysis, theoretical analysis, security management, environmental ecology,AHP, comprehensive evaluation method and so on.(1) The evaluation model of Safe mining for coal resources of Ordos Basin is established.Based on the perspective of Intrinsic Safety, the evaluation index system about Safe coalmining is established, which bases on people, machines and equipment, operatingenvironment, management, includes4first-grade evaluation indexes,11second-gradeevaluation index and38third-grade evaluation indexes. The index weight is determined byAHP. Then the evaluation model of Safe mining for coal resources is established. Finally, theevaluation level of safe mining is determined.(2) The evaluation model of Green mining for coal resources of Ordos Basin isestablished based on environmental carrying capacity. Based on the main effect factors of coalmining on the environment, the relative residual rate is selected as a method for the evaluationof environmental carrying capacity in this paper. By analyzing the connotation ofenvironmental carrying capacity, the evaluation index system about Green mining for coalresources of Ordos Basin which includes2first-grade evaluation indexes and5second-grade evaluation indexes is established. Then the evaluation model of green mining is established.Finally, the evaluation level of green mining is determined.(3) The evaluation model of Efficient mining for coal resources of Ordos Basin isestablished. This paper gives “efficient” new meaning, that is, high efficiency and high recovery rate.Combined with the Coal Industry’s assessment approach, the evaluation index system aboutEfficient mining for coal resources of Ordos Basin which includes2first-grade evaluationindexes and10second-grade evaluation indexes is established. Then the evaluation model ofEfficient mining is established. Finally, the evaluation level of Efficient mining is determined.(4) The comprehensive evaluation model of safe-green-efficient mining for coalresources of Ordos Basin is established. The safe-green-efficient situation of a coal area inYulin City, Shaanxi Province is evaluated and analyzed systematically by using thecomprehensive evaluation model. And the results are significant.The study will provide guidance for the evaluation method of safe-green-efficientMining for coal resources of Ordos Basin. And it is meaningful to the technology andmanagement policies that are relevant to the evaluation.
