Green mine construction is the main content of speeding up mining transformation and green development.It’s also the key way to promote the construction of ecological civilization in the mining field.With the national actively promoting of the construction of green mines,coal mine green mine construction has made great progress.The exploitation and utilization of coal-bed methane(CBM),the associated mineral resources,has become the focus of attention.At present,the relatively prominent problems in the development of CBM mine are the water pollution,air pollution,soil destruction,subsidence caused by subsidence and destruction of the ecosystem,therefore,the impact of CBM development and utilization on the ecological environment and evaluation is the key problem to be solved.The main purpose of this paper is to establish a green CBM mine by studying the environmental evaluation factors of green mine and coal and coal-bed methane co-mining.It not only helps the scientific planning,sustainable development and environmental protection of coal mine gas resources development,but also perfects the framework content of green mine construction.In this paper,we focus on the environmental management and sustainable development of green mines and CBM,and collect and sort out the relevant information about the green mines and CBM mines.The methods of literature research,field investigation and expert interview were adopted.This paper puts forward the environmental evaluation index system and standard preliminary scheme of Henan green CBM mine.Under the guidance of national green mine construction,the theory and practice of various provinces and cities,through the analysis and summary,expert guidance,etc.At the same time,this paper analyzes the development of green mines in Henan and Jiaozuo by means of data collection and relevant models and methods.Combined with the practical problems of CBM,the technical solution is given,which includes the invention patent of mine sewage treatment and the invention of a utility model patent.Around the theme,the content of this paper has two main lines:One is “Assessment elements of coal and coal-bed methane co-mining environment”,The main chapters are composed of Chapter three,Chapter four and Chapter five,which are written in a progressive way;The third chapter introduces the environmental effects and prominent problems involved in each stage of mining process and various mining methods in the study area,then,according to the actual situation of mining area and related method model,the corresponding environmental evaluation system was established,and the applicability of the system was evaluated and verified;The fourth chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the environmental factors in each stage of CBM mining from the coal mining process and environmental problems;In the fifth chapter,combined with the environmental factors of coal mine and CBM in the Chapter three and Chapter four,the evaluation of green mine in the study area was carried out,and the environmental evaluation system was established and evaluated.Another is “Construction Way of Green Mines” the main chapter is the sixth chapter,written in DEDUCTION.First of all,the general idea of green mine construction was combed from the national level.Then,combining with the outstanding environmental problems found at the stage of research.Through the investigation and evaluation of the experimental data,the optimal scheme of land reclamation is obtained to solve the problems of soil destruction and land disturbance;In the process of water treatment system transformation,a number of invention patents and practical new technology and semi industrial experiments were applied to solve the problem of wastewater pollution in mining area.So as to achieve the beneficial effect of water purification recycling and energy saving and emission reduction;In order to solve the main problems of goaf subsidence and ecosystem destruction,this paper combs the traditional mode and explores the innovation mode "Green Yong Cheng Mine Environmental Governance model" in the collapse area governance mode.The first,Chapter seven is a general introduction and summary.In the first chapter,the main logic diagrams are added to clarify the layout and logical relationship of the whole text,The seventh chapter joins the suggestions,in order to better combine the requirements of “the new era” on the construction of ecological civilization;The second chapter includes the study area traffic,geography,natural environment,coal mine and CBM resources development situation,it provide the corresponding geological and resource background support for the two main lines.The innovation of this research can be summarized as:First,according to the characteristics of coal,CBM and its co-mining,a "Preliminary Plan of Environmental Evaluation Index System and Standard for Green Coal Bed Methane Mine in Henan province" is put forward,at the same time,the "Study Area Green Mine Construction Plan" is put forward.The corresponding research area has verified the green mine index systems in the study area which are applicated of DPSIR model,Grey clustering evaluation model,AHP,PCA and other methods.The applicability of the method is proved according to the actual situation.Second,in the study area of environmental problems related to the treatment process,reclamation program,green mine construction mode,some key technologies such as sewage treatment system,vegetation optimization reclamation scheme and relevant successful green mine governance mode are put forward.There are three main conclusions:First,the "Preliminary Plan of Environmental Evaluation Index System and Standard for Green Coal Bed Methane Mine in Henan province" and the "Study Area Green Mine Construction Plan" enrich the framework content of green mine construction,and provide the reference for future study.Second,through the environmental assessment of the commonly used DPSIR model,Grey clustering model and principal component analysis methods in two mining areas in study areas,and they were studied and the data were analyst and evaluated,learned from the green mine construction level of mining and related problems.According to the analysis of the green mine construction,to help enterprise to make decision of investment and development focus.In research,the physical and chemical properties of the soil in different restoration methods are different.Mixed forest is better than pure forest,the best effect of the experiment is the plan of Sea-buckthorn and Amorpha fruticosa mixed forest,physical and chemical properties of soil after improvement were better than the constract wasteland.Third,relying on scientific and technological innovation and academic research report proposed to help improve the level of protection of the mine environment,increase environmental remediation technology research,make full use of scientific and technological progress to promote the level of governance.The invention patent,utility model and technical improvement scheme,the construction of the standard system,and the promotion of the green mine construction and the further development of the green mine development layout from the level of intellectual property rights.
