| According to ZY10000/22/45D mining hydraulic support controlling functionality and flow control matching requirements, this article makes simulation of its hydraulic system; the main research contents include:the parameters for ZY10000/22/45D mining hydraulic support column and hydraulic jack, design of the fluid supply system, design of the control loop system.The software of AMEsin is used to make modeling and simulation for those components which are potentially troublesome in the actual process, including column controlling loop, displacement controlling loop, balance controlling loop and critical controlling elements.The simulation for displacement controlling loop gives outcomes of different displacement speed curves, by modifying pump station flow rate, the size of the10pipe and the size of the displacement controlling one-way valve. The simulation result shows that: pump station flow rate and the size of the IO pipe are the key factors that influence the displacement speed, while the size of the displacement controlling one-way valve also has some impact.The balance controlling loop has done simulation for both normal balanced two-way lock component and floating balanced two-way lock component, it has produced the pressure curve for the safety valve of balanced jack piston bore and the displacement curve for the balanced jack piston. The simulation results show that:the controlling loop of floating two-way lock component is unlocked before the pressure of piston bore reaches the limitation of the safety valve opening pressure, which effectively reduces the time of intensive loading, and also avoids the frequent opening of the safety valve. Another modeling and simulation is made for column controlling loop, aiming to the problem that strong hydrodynamic shock will be made when unloading the column controlling loop which results in the damage of some hydrodynamic units. Such simulation has produced the displacement curves for both the valve element of column safety valve and the valve element of column hydrodynamic one-way valve. The simulation result shows that:it could effectively releases the concussion of the column safety valve and hydrodynamic one-way valve, by increasing the rigidity of the safety valve spring and decreasing the diameter size of the column hydrodynamic one-way valve, which at last avoids the damage to hydrodynamic units by hydrodynamic shock. |
